Health insurance provider Aviva has today launched a new Facebook app aimed at giving people more control over their health and diet. Open to all Facebook users, The Aviva Health 100 app lets you set fitness goals and share your scores with friends and family. According to Aviva, the app will “help people gauge how healthy they are” and then offer “advice, guidance and inspiration”.
