Do you suffer from hay fever? Keep track on the pollen count with the Pollen Forecast app by Clarityn
Spring is definitely in the air and the days are finally getting longer as we moved into British Summer Time yesterday, 25 March. But March also marks the start of the pollen season, which is a very unpleasant time for those suffering from allergy and hay fever.
If you are one of the many who go through copious amounts of tissues during the spring and summer months, this is the app for you.
The free Pollen Forecast app by Clarityn Allergy shows 3D pollen spores in your environment and offers a pollen forecast supplied by the Met Office for the current and following day based on your location, using GPS signals.
The app uses your smartphone’s camera to display 3D animated pollen spores and indicates whether the pollen count for the day is low, medium or high. The branded app also offers advice on how to get relief from allergy symptoms.
Available for iPhone and Android.
